📋 Description

• Lead the successful implementation and deployment of enterprise solutions for our clients across the Taiwan market • Responsible for managing complex implementation projects from initiation through completion • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Serve as the operational point of contact for Taiwanese merchant onboarding, project coordination, and cross-functional delivery • Collaborate across teams and markets, applying operational excellence to drive value through project execution and merchant outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in implementation, systems deployment, or related project management roles • Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, or similar systems) • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Demonstrated stakeholder management and client-facing project delivery experience • Proficiency in process documentation and business process analysis • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required
