📋 Description

• Configure, build, and maintain customer segments and audiences using Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP • Develop audience qualification logic based on customer profiles, behavioral events, business rules, and marketing requirements • Build and maintain personalization rules, dynamic content, and conditional content logic • Configure, execute, and troubleshoot customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer or comparable technologies • Investigate data flows, audience qualification issues, event processing, and profile data inconsistencies • Use SQL or similar query languages to analyze datasets and validate segmentation criteria • Collaborate with data operations teams to identify and resolve data quality issues affecting campaigns or journeys • Monitor live customer journeys, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions with technical and business stakeholders • Ensure audience definitions, personalization rules, and journey configurations align with campaign requirements • Support team members transitioning from legacy marketing platforms to Adobe Experience Platform • Document configurations, technical findings, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures • Collaborate with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and reliable handoffs • Conduct technical interviews through Nortal's Technical Interviewer Program

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on professional experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time CDP, including audience and segment creation • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or comparable platforms such as Unica, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze • Practical experience implementing personalization rules, dynamic content, and conditional content logic • Strong understanding of customer profiles, event data, audience qualification, and data flows within customer data platforms • Experience investigating data flow issues, analyzing event and profile data, and troubleshooting audience or journey execution problems • Working knowledge of SQL or a comparable query language • Ability to translate marketing requirements into audience definitions, personalization logic, and journey configurations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and execution quality • Experience collaborating with marketing, campaign operations, and data engineering teams • Advanced English level required • Availability to work during US Eastern business hours • Adobe Experience Platform or Real-Time CDP certification is nice to have • Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse is nice to have • Experience migrating marketing programs or customer journeys to Adobe Experience Platform is nice to have • Familiarity with Workfront or comparable work management tools is nice to have • Experience supporting knowledge transfer or onboarding is nice to have • Background in travel, hospitality, theme parks, entertainment, or related industries is nice to have
