• Lead collaboration with tech leads to design and implement sustainable software architecture • Establish engineering processes prioritizing maintainability, quality, and smooth delivery • Build key parts of solutions alongside the development team • Partner with clients to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions • Drive strategic architecture decisions aligned with technical execution and business goals • Empower the development team and create clarity in architecture decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Architect • Strong background in software development • Experience with Java, Angular, Oracle, and PostgreSQL • Experience leading technical decision-making • Ability to balance technical requirements with business objectives • Excellent communication skills • Ability to collaborate with clients and development teams • Fluency in Estonian and English
