📋 Description

• Direct and deliver cinematic brand films from brief to final master • Turn creative briefs into emotional, story-driven concepts aligned with Novakid’s brand voice and visual identity • Create and own Novakid’s AI film style guide covering characters, worlds, look, and feel • Refine AI output through retouching, compositing, redrawing, and colour grading • Collaborate with the sound engineer on music, sound design, voice-over, and localized versions • Plan each film’s schedule and budget and deliver on time • Track AI film tools and introduce techniques that improve quality or speed • Follow responsible AI practices with the Legal team, including AI labelling, likeness and voice consent, and commercial rights • Build automated content-production workflows using AI agents, APIs, or workflow tools • Own voice acting and dubbing workflows, including casting, recording, and quality checks for localized content • Explore AI voice generation workflows for lower-complexity projects • Integrate the AI Video Production Unit with the wider creative organization and video editors team • Report to the Head of Creative • Deliver 2–3 approved brand films in the first three months and 5–6 films in the first six months • Establish and document the workflow and create version 1 of the AI film style guide within the first three months

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of complete AI films with consistent characters and coherent storytelling • Proven experience directing cinematic, emotionally resonant brand or narrative films • Hands-on AI video experience, including image-to-video and AI-assisted VFX • Strong visual fundamentals in composition, colour, lighting, and storytelling • Strong design background and ability to judge and fix AI output • Editing and finishing skills with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including colour grading • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for fixes and compositing • Motion graphics and 3D/compositing skills such as Cinema 4D, Maya, Nuke, or After Effects are a strong plus • Experience leading a small technical-creative team • Familiarity with voice acting and dubbing production • Ability to deliver a film monthly independently • Organised, reliable, and comfortable setting up processes from scratch • Collaborative approach with Brand, sound engineer, and video production teams • English fluency; other languages are a plus • Ability to work on a B2B contract is queried in the application
