• Convert warm leads into customers – advise interested prospects who already have a connection to November • Provide tailored advice – help people make informed decisions and choose the right long-term care product • Identify needs & prepare suitable offers – listen actively, uncover wishes and confidently guide prospects to closure • Celebrate sales successes – track your deals through to completion and secure your bonus
• Several years of experience in telephone-based sales – ideally with advisory-heavy products or services • Proven track record in acquiring new customers and closing deals • Enthusiasm & customer focus – you can engage and inspire others • Determination & resilience – rejections motivate you rather than hold you back • Structure & self-organization – you work reliably, including when remote • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 or better)
