📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of VIP Key Account Customers • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives • Generate new sales that turn into long-lasting relationships • Provide assistance to high-end, high-value players and attend hospitality events • Work closely with internal teams to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a VIP Account Manager in the iGaming industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office • Understanding of CRM tools • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation • Fluency in English • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field will be considered as a plus
