📋 Description
• Manage the sales of Novus products in the assigned geography • Perform sales and marketing duties to execute business plans • Supervise the distribution and sales support activities • Assess credit risk and payment follow-up • Support implementation of CSR activities • Adhere to the Novus Management System and other policies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in science or comparable training • 4 to 5+ years of related experience • Proven sales and marketing skills • Detailed understanding of animal nutrition products • Strong analytical skills • Proven communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Fluent in Local Language • Fluent in English
