📋 Description
• Drive continuous product delivery by translating strategy into a prioritized backlog, accepting completed features, and defining and monitoring success metrics and outcomes • Define, refine, and prioritize product requirements with internal stakeholders • Translate business needs into clear technical and functional specifications for Nox Cloud engineering teams • Maintain product integrity through quality standards, cross-system consistency validation, and proactive technical debt management • Ensure comprehensive, accessible, and up-to-date product documentation • Lead backlog refinement and foster sprint planning and reviews • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Support, and Operations to define vision, roadmap, and KPIs • Ensure alignment with security and compliance standards • Monitor performance and data quality, identifying process optimization and complexity reduction opportunities • Support feedback loops and triage and prioritize workflow improvements • Contribute to continuous improvement, remove impediments, and foster cross-team collaboration
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role in SaaS or enterprise software in web and/or mobile channels • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, clinical workflows, and B2B(2C) • Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum or Lean Value Stream environments • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of connecting technical design with business outcomes • Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Prior exposure to healthcare or regulated environments is beneficial but not required
