📋 Description

• Support the certification cycle for ISO 27001, 9001, 27017, 27018 and 42001, BSI C5, SOC 2 and TISAX • Collect evidence and track controls and corrective actions • Help prepare internal and external audits • Maintain compliance documentation, policies and records • Grow and refine the company knowledge base, including internal documentation and questionnaire answers • Handle customer and partner compliance requests, including information security questionnaires and due diligence requests • Monitor regulatory developments such as the EU AI Act, GDPR guidance and professional-secrecy rules • Coordinate data protection processes, including data subject requests, vendor and sub-processor reviews, and DPA tracking • Help run compliance awareness across the company, including onboarding training and self-service guidance • Test new features on real legal matters and automate routine tasks

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in law, business, information management or a related field • Internships or first work experience in compliance, data protection, audit or information security are a plus • Ability to track controls, evidence, deadlines and owners • Attention to detail • Proactive and open-minded attitude • Ability to take initiative and work independently • Openness to feedback and new approaches • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize work • Interest in regulation and technology, including GDPR, the EU AI Act and security standards • Ability to explain requirements to engineers or sales colleagues in plain language • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, spreadsheets and AI tools • Interest in automating repetitive work • Excellent German and English, written and spoken
