📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with legal, business, and tech journalists • Proactively pitch stories • Handle incoming press enquiries and set up interviews • Write and coordinate press releases and press kits for corporate and product topics • Find and secure speaking, byline, and interview opportunities for the CEO and C-level team • Prepare executive briefings and talking points • Identify relevant industry awards and rankings and prepare submissions • Monitor media coverage and the wider debate on Legal AI • Support the CCO with issues and crisis communication • Support internal communications, including company announcements and all-hands updates • Report on coverage, share of voice, and message pull-through • Use measurement results to sharpen messaging and guide investment decisions • Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and the Event Manager • Report to the Chief Communications Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in PR or media relations, in an agency or in-house • Ideally experience in B2B tech, legal, or professional services • Established relationships with journalists in Germany, ideally in legal trade, business, and tech media • Track record of earned media coverage • Excellent writing skills, including press releases, pitches, bylines, and Q&As • Ability to turn complex technology into clear, newsworthy stories • Experience preparing executives for interviews, panels, and media appearances • Agile, flexible, and able to multitask • Ownership and hands-on mindset • Native-level German • Fluent English • Additional European languages are a plus
