📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the analyst team, supporting day-to-day execution decisions • Track events across different platforms, creating events and tracking tags for various segments • Review and install tool scripts on client websites (GTM, GA, GSC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others) • Integrate data collection and visualization tools, including paid media platforms, CRMs, and BigQuery • Analyze and correlate data, generating insights to support decision-making • Manage data in compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) • Serve as a technical liaison with clients when necessary, presenting data, answering questions, and proposing solutions collaboratively with the team • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables through quality assurance (QA) • Report directly to management • Assume technical responsibility for a team of five in a hands-on role

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data and analytics • Advanced practical knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, GSC, and advertising platforms • Advanced practical knowledge of dashboard development and data-connection platforms (Looker, Power BI) • Advanced practical knowledge of SQL • Practical knowledge of JavaScript • Knowledge of CMS architecture for corporate and e-commerce websites • Advanced practical knowledge of Data Layer implementation • Practical experience with BigQuery • Experience working directly with clients and serving as a client-facing liaison • Ability to provide technical guidance to other team members • Preferred: Experience with Amplitude or another product analytics tool • Preferred: Previous experience at a marketing or data agency or consultancy • Preferred: Python for automating data workflows
