📋 Description

• Build and take ownership of AI-powered features for Nutrium's platform • Apply Generative AI technologies, including LLMs and RAG architectures, to practical product challenges • Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune AI solutions • Balance performance metrics with business requirements • Establish evaluation strategies and quality metrics for groundedness, safety, latency, and cost • Partner with Product, Engineering, and dietitians to transform requirements into robust, testable AI solutions • Create and maintain technical documentation • Lead technical discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives • Make technical decisions that improve workflows and decision-making for dietitians and patients

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience building AI-powered solutions • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience • Hands-on experience building and coding solutions using LLMs in real-world projects • Specific experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and vector databases • Experience evaluating and improving AI systems through measurement and iteration • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and take ownership of problems • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, clear communication, and initiative • Commitment to privacy and security, including working with sensitive data • Portuguese and English fluency is a bonus • Being based in Braga or Porto is a bonus
