📋 Description

• Build and own NVIDIA's developer ecosystem in Brazil, focusing on SDK and library adoption across startups, ISVs, enterprises, GSIs, and academic institutions • Demonstrate and integrate NVIDIA's software stack, including tools, SDKs, libraries, NIMs, and blueprints, into partner and developer projects • Support developers and partners through onboarding and integration with code samples, guides, and technical advisory • Research and monitor developer ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities • Share ecosystem insights with engineering, product, and marketing teams to improve adoption strategies • Collaborate with partner technical leaders and internal engineering stakeholders to troubleshoot challenges and guide best-practice integrations • Feed technical takeaways and competitive insights, including open-source model ecosystem developments, back to NVIDIA teams • Represent NVIDIA at top developer events and build a recurring presence in Brazil's local developer community

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • 12+ years of experience rooted in software engineering or technical roles • Strong programming background in Python • Proficiency in PyTorch, Hugging Face, and agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex • Hands-on experience with vector databases • Experience with inference serving using vLLM and TensorRT-LLM • Experience with API-driven AI development • Practical knowledge of the GenAI and Agentic AI stack, including LLM fine-tuning and post-training, inference optimization, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and tool use • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA's stack strongly preferred, including CUDA, NeMo, TensorRT-LLM, Dynamo, NAT, and RAPIDS • Deep familiarity with Brazil's developer ecosystem • Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a strong plus • Ability to operate across audiences from engineers to CTOs • Experience building or deploying agentic AI systems, multi-agent frameworks, tool-calling pipelines, or autonomous workflow automation is a plus • Contributions to open-source AI projects, published technical blog posts, conference talks, or an active GitHub presence are a plus • Established relationships within Brazil and LATAM's AI community are a plus • Familiarity with sovereign AI architectures and AI factory deployments in LATAM is a plus • Track record of turning developer ecosystem insights into concrete product or engineering improvements is a plus
