📋 Description

• Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI models for multimodal data and models • Serve as trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in Sovereign AI • Work with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies • Demonstrate and integrate NVIDIA software stack tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints into partner products, platforms, and pipelines • Guide partners through onboarding and integration using sample code, guides, and demo pipelines • Foster co-innovation of next-generation Sovereign AI solutions • Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges • Track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel field insights to NVIDIA product teams • Discover workflows, identify blockers to ISV adoption, and report findings to product teams • Collaborate with NVIDIA partner managers, solution architects, industry business development managers, local and regional Sovereign AI entities, sales, and marketing • Use conferencing tools extensively; travel as required • Build and scale developer programs, communities, and technical enablement initiatives • Develop systems and frameworks to measure developer sentiment, monitor market trends, and guide product direction and strategic planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry • 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs and VLM in enterprise-scale ISV software development, government workflows, etc. • Experience in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management • Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, ISVs, or relevant verticals • Significant technical depth in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs and VLM software • Experience with smart cities, healthcare, citizen services, robotics, cloud, and AI/ML • Contributions to product integrations and software libraries • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and technical talks or workshops • Ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to distill complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives • End-to-end experience defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Hands-on software architecture design, implementation, and programming skills • Passion for AI, continuous learning, self-starting attitude, outcome-oriented focus, and empathy for developers • Experience creating or optimizing vertical-specific technical solutions using Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs and VLM • Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and GPU acceleration platforms • Familiarity with NVIDIA AI platforms and frameworks such as NeMo Framework, TRT, Triton, Nemotron Models, RAPIDS, and CUDA • Vertical-specific model and algorithm optimization skills • History of building and scaling developer communities and delivering technical enablement programs • Skills developing systems and tools to measure developer sentiment and track market trends • Expertise building frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market shifts and translating ecosystem dynamics into actionable intelligence
