📋 Description

• Partner with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and identify solution opportunities • Analyse and map commercial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation solutions and AI-enabled capabilities • Collaborate on the deployment and enhancement of CRM platforms, intelligent selling models, and other commercial technologies • Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes and solution designs • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to users, ensuring successful adoption of new tools and processes • Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency and improve the customer experience • Report to the Customer Excellence Solutions & Sales Operations Director

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering (Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Science) • 1-3 years of experience in IT or data science • Hands-on experience in data management, advanced analytics, and machine learning • Proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python is a plus • Travel: <5%
