📋 Description

• Contact customers who placed an order on the website but did not complete the purchase • Call customers whose inquiries were not answered or who were assisted but did not complete the purchase • Help delight our customers by converting service interactions into completed sales • Turn the customer’s purchasing experience into a memorable and positive one

🎯 Requirements

• An introverted profile, with strong planning and organizational skills, as well as a proactive and persistent approach • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written fluency • The ability to listen to and understand customer needs • A results-oriented, creative mindset and the ability to build positive relationships • A strong desire to learn and grow with Oba • Alignment with our culture • High school diploma • Basic computer skills • Sales experience • Suitable conditions for working from home, including a quiet environment and reliable internet • Telesales experience is a plus
