📋 Description

• Develop and execute creative video ideas for the Indian local market • Research and implement new concepts for user acquisition • Work closely with the User Acquisition Manager to achieve goals • Analyze the market and competitors to apply relevant creative solutions and practices • Continuously improve and scale creatives based on results and analytics • Take ownership of the entire creative process for the Indian market

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently be based in India • Upper Intermediate/Advanced English and Hindi are required • Preferably 1+ years of experience in the creative marketing industry • Knowledge of basic performance marketing metrics • Experience with video format, including production, editing, or filming • Good understanding of local market trends • Own equipment for work
