📋 Description

• Deliver consulting and implementation engagements • Contribute to the agile development of applications, following Craft practices and incorporating Gen AI where relevant • Recommend tailored solutions and challenge clients’ assumptions • Take an active part in Software Engineering R&D • Keep up with technology trends and contribute to best practices • Work on topics including Gen AI, software craftsmanship, architecture, and responsible digital practices • Train and mentor colleagues • Share knowledge and support the development of team members’ skills • Contribute to career development and mentoring • Work primarily on engagements in Paris and the Île-de-France region

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience • Proficiency in one or more of the following languages or technologies: Java, Python, React, Angular, Vue, or Flutter • Strong command of software craftsmanship practices, including TDD, DDD, pair programming, and code review • Curiosity about and willingness to explore the potential of technology for Gen AI use cases • Interest in learning more about responsible digital practices, eco-design, and accessibility • Ability to question and challenge ideas constructively • Strong team spirit and commitment to collective success • Minimum C1 level of French required • Flexibility to adapt to clients’ engagement contexts
