📋 Description

• Work on high-impact strategic assignments • Lead high-impact strategic consulting engagements (3–4 months) with IT and Data executive teams (CODIR) • Secure transformation trajectories around IT, data and AI • Define strategies, roadmaps and executive-level business cases • Actively participate in business development • Contribute to consulting practice development: pre-sales, RFP responses, and high-stakes pitches • Enrich offerings and convictions through field experience • Produce structuring assets: frameworks, benchmarks, methodologies • Deploy and promote OCTO approaches • Build awareness across OCTO’s extended teams on methodology and consulting approaches • Ensure high quality standards on engagements • Advocate our perspectives on major technological and data transformations

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical foundation • At least 5 years of experience in strategic consulting on IT, product and organizational issues, advising C-level clients • Technical fluency enabling participation in diverse engagements in data, GenAI (generative AI), private/public cloud, and associated organizational modes (Agile, product model) • A keen understanding of the strategic concerns of CEOs, CIOs and CDOs: technological sovereignty, the impact of GenAI on organizations and business models • A track record in strategic consulting characterized by ease, rigor and an impact-oriented mindset • Strong consulting culture with the ability to structure work and present to executive committees • Fluent English, both spoken and written
