📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project responsibility for AI delivery projects—from planning and implementation through technical go-live • Actively manage interfaces between CSM and FDE/SM • Translate business goals into actionable project plans • Manage all project phases with regard to timelines, budget, and quality • Serve as the point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams throughout the delivery chain • Ensure clear responsibilities, transparent communication, and a smooth handover after technical go-live • Prioritize operational tasks and manage interfaces with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering • Identify risks at an early stage, plan mitigation measures, and ensure quality throughout defined project goals and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of project management experience in a SaaS or technology environment • Proficiency in methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or OKRs • Experience using Jira, including worklogs and time tracking, as well as Confluence and HubSpot • Strong affinity for AI and hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code/Cowork, or similar • Experience managing stakeholders and interfaces between business and technology, including risk and scope management • Proficient in project reporting and KPI tracking, such as timeline adherence • Clear, confident communication—both internally and externally—in German and English • Structured, independent working style with a strong focus on execution and ownership • Affinity for technology and the ability to assess requirements at the intersection of business and technology
