• Recruiter must be able to find and attract candidates using various sources, Job portals like Naukri.Com, Times Jobs, Shine, Indeed etc. • Must be able to use ATS to manage candidates. • The ideal recruiter must have combined work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. • Developing & Acquiring New Clients. • Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our clients attract, hire and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
• Must have own Laptop, WiFi, and Smart Phone. • Experience Required: 6 Months to 3 Years in Permanent Recruitment. • Schooling 10th and 12th must be from n reputed school, Preferably from an English medium school. • Graduation from a reputed institution preferably in the field related to study of computers. • Must have worked as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). • Work experience duration must be between 6 Months to 3 Years as a recruiter. • Excellent Typing Skills on Laptops (Minimum 30 words per minute & 98% above accuracy). • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (Face to Face, Video, Telephone, Competency-based, Stress, Technical etc). • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc). • Familiarity with HR Databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). • Must have Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills.
