📋 Description

• Development and delivery of training sessions and workshops for our CAD users • Further development of CAD software • Advising and supporting our CAD users/project teams in implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) in their projects • Development of BIM strategies, standards and workflows • Monitoring and controlling BIM implementation, including quality assurance of models, standards and data management • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BIM trends, technologies and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational/technical training or a university degree • Experience in model-based planning and CAD modeling • Ideally proficient in MicroStation / CARF, Revit or similar CAD/BIM software • Expertise in digital processes within the BIM methodology • Communication and presentation skills to explain complex topics clearly • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team member • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • Fluent German skills, both written and spoken
