📋 Description

• Own copywriting for 6–8 pod accounts based on the strategy set by the pod’s Senior RM • Keep projects on track through status updates, approval follow-ups, and day-to-day sequencing • Contribute ideas to account strategy and develop strategic instincts with the Senior RM • Pull and format reports for the Senior RM to turn into decisions • Identify blockers or delays before they affect clients • Progress toward owning client strategy as a senior Retention Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Dutch copywriting in an agency environment • Agency experience • First experience with project management • Ability to organize tasks, approvals, and deadlines • Reliability and ability to deliver without close supervision • Willingness to own mistakes and apply feedback • Genuine interest in growing into strategy and account ownership • Native-level Dutch • Ability to use project management tools confidently and independently
