📋 Description

• Join a cross-functional team in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms • Write code, participate in planning, and support execution of technical tasks while developing skills • Learn from team members while delivering quality work and building technical confidence • Explore new ways to solve problems and help implement software solutions with team guidance • Ask questions, share ideas, and gradually take ownership of the product • Work closely with product managers to understand user needs and build impactful products • Collaborate with engineers, SREs, and product teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions • Report to an Engineering Manager • Modernize systems while transitioning from legacy PHP to a microservices architecture • Deploy through GitLab CI/CD to AWS

🎯 Requirements

• Curious and eager learner who enjoys understanding how things work and is excited to take ownership of their work • Some experience or familiarity with software development, ideally in Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP • Interest in working with databases and cloud technologies like AWS • Problem-solving ability with technical thinking and a user-first mindset • Collaborative team-player attitude and openness to discussions, cross-team collaboration, and knowledge sharing • Application submitted in English • Successful completion of recruiter interview, Engineering Manager interview, live coding, and system design stages
