📋 Description

• Lead design strategy across one or more product squads, translating business goals and user needs into design direction • Use AI-native workflows to prototype and iterate directly in code • Adopt tools such as Lovable, Claude, and Cursor for end-to-end design execution • Define foundational and reusable Agentic Experience patterns • Design scalable components for the Nexus design system • Review work to ensure quality and consistency • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers through critique, guidance, and structured feedback • Partner with Product and Engineering on experience strategy, success metrics, and technical feasibility • Translate design insights into business outcomes and measurable impact • Conduct user research and run experiments to validate design decisions • Define success metrics, gather feedback, and iterate • Lead design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions • Communicate design rationale with data and build alignment around priorities • Identify design improvement and innovation opportunities • Champion design-system improvements, new AI patterns, and cross-domain initiatives • Report to the Product Design Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in UX / Digital Product Design • Strong portfolio showcasing shipped work, live prototypes, and measurable business impact • Portfolio must be shared before interviewing • Demonstrated expertise in AI-native design • Active use of AI tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, and Claude • Experience building or contributing to design systems, including code components • Understanding of how design decisions impact engineering implementation • Proven track record mentoring and developing designers • Strong product and business thinking • Ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes • Ability to define success metrics demonstrating measurable impact • Excellent English communication and influence skills • Ability to articulate design rationale clearly with data • Ability to facilitate complex discussions and drive cross-functional alignment • Growth mindset and adaptability in ambiguity and rapid change • Excitement about emerging technologies and evolving design practices
