📋 Description

• Lead design strategy across one or more product squads • Translate business goals and user needs into design direction shaping product roadmaps and team priorities • Use AI-native workflows to prototype and iterate directly in code • Lead adoption of Lovable, Claude, and Cursor for end-to-end design execution • Establish and maintain high craft standards • Define reusable Agentic Experience patterns • Design scalable components for the Nexus design system • Review work for quality and consistency • Mentor and develop designers through critique, guidance, and structured feedback • Partner with Product and Engineering on experience strategy, success metrics, and technical feasibility • Translate design insights into business outcomes and measurable impact • Conduct user research and run experiments • Define success metrics, gather feedback, and iterate quickly • Lead design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions • Communicate design rationale with data and build alignment around priorities • Identify design improvement and innovation opportunities • Champion design-system improvements, new AI patterns, and cross-domain initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in UX / Digital Product Design • Strong portfolio showcasing shipped work, live prototypes, and measurable business impact • Portfolio must be shared beforehand • Demonstrated expertise in AI-native design • Active use of AI tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, and Claude • Ability to teach others to leverage AI tools effectively • Experience building or contributing to design systems, including code components • Understanding of how design decisions impact engineering implementation • Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams • Proven track record mentoring and developing designers • Strong product and business thinking • Ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes • Ability to define success metrics demonstrating measurable impact • Excellent English communication and influence skills • Ability to articulate design rationale clearly with data • Ability to facilitate complex discussions and drive alignment across stakeholders and leadership • Growth mindset and adaptability • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid change
