📋 Description

• Build reliable reporting across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational health • Connect data from Lattice, Rippling, and recruiting systems to identify trends and show leaders what is working • Lead total rewards analysis, including equity and cap table forecasting, compensation benchmarking, and analysis of rewards’ relationship to engagement • Partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, and L&D to turn findings into workforce plans, hiring priorities, and program improvements • Use AI tools efficiently while validating results and maintaining data quality • Help teams get more value from Rippling, Lattice, Carta, and Pave as a skilled user and analytics partner • Proactively surface emerging risks and opportunities, including narrowing talent pipelines and reward programs needing adjustment • Report to the Head of People & Culture and partner with Finance and leaders across the business and geographies

🎯 Requirements

• 5–9+ years in people analytics, total rewards, or a related HR discipline • Hands-on equity administration experience using Carta or similar and cap table modeling • Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and methodology, such as Pave, Radford, Mercer, or comparable • Comfort working across HR systems, including an HRIS, engagement/performance platform, and ATS, as a power user • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills • Excellent written English • Judgment to work autonomously across time zones • Daily use of AI tools and ability to validate their results • Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica through citizenship or residency with work rights
