📋 Description

• Answer emails and messenger messages from members • Maintain good contact with members and work with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction • Provide a listening ear in difficult conversations • Build relationships with members and ensure conversations end with satisfied members • Assist German-speaking members through email, livechat, and Facebook Messenger • Translate content and vacancies • Contribute to the team's goal of 100% customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent and flawless spoken and written German • Spoken and written Dutch or English in addition to German • Enthusiastic writing style • Available 12–16 hours per week • Precise and comfortable working in a team • Reside in the Netherlands • Own laptop with stable internet for working from home • Private work environment to protect member privacy • Experience in a similar position is useful but not required
