📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition candidates with the CEO and Finance team • Systematically build and maintain the deal-flow pipeline through outreach, brokers, networks, customers, and agency partners • Engage directly with owners and management of potential target companies • Prepare company valuations using DCF and multiples-based methods • Develop business cases for potential transactions • Support commercial, legal, and tax due diligence with internal teams and external advisors • Help prepare and support negotiations involving term sheets, LOIs, and purchase agreements • Support transactions from initiation through signing and closing • Support post-merger integration planning • Develop a reusable integration playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in M&A, investment banking, transaction services, corporate finance, or strategy consulting • Completed degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field • Solid knowledge of company valuation and financial modeling • Understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, net revenue retention, churn, and CAC • Experience with buy-and-build models or software deals is a plus • Experience conducting or supporting due diligence processes • Confidence and persuasiveness in negotiations • Strong communication skills when engaging with executives and business owners • Independent, structured, and proactive working style • Contacts in the software, hosting, or agency scene, or ability to build them quickly • Fluent in German and English
