📋 Description

• Independently manage ongoing accounting for several OneQrew Group companies • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting • Take responsibility for payment transactions and dunning procedures • Support and actively participate in monthly and annual closings according to HGB (German Commercial Code) • Prepare and submit monthly reports, especially VAT advance returns and recapitulative statements (ZM) • Reconcile accounts, particularly intercompany and fixed-asset accounting • Act as contact person for tax advisors and auditors • Contribute to optimizing and automating accounting processes • Support the development of efficient, group-wide finance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a tax clerk, or further training in finance and accounting • Several years of professional accounting experience, ideally at least 5 years • Good practical knowledge of preparing monthly and annual closings according to HGB • Good practical knowledge of tax law • Ideally experience managing several companies or complex accounting structures • Proficiency with DATEV • Very good Excel skills • Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style • High accuracy, reliability, and initiative • Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating in a remote setup • Very good German language skills • English skills are a plus
