OneQrew is a German cloud software platform that connects craft (Handwerk) businesses with specialized software vendors and provides integrated digital tools. It offers OneQrew ERP, the OneQrew HUB (manufacturer/product information), an AI office assistant, and related services to automate order processing, accounting, planning, recruiting and production—helping small and medium-sized trades firms digitize workflows and improve competitiveness.

📋 Description

• You will independently manage the accounting for multiple companies within the OneQrew group. • You will work closely with the finance team and contribute your experience to a professional, dynamic, and autonomous work environment. • You will actively help stabilize and further develop our finance processes, drive improvements in process optimization and automation, and take responsibility in a modern setting. • You will independently handle the ongoing bookkeeping for several OneQrew group companies. • You will process accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting. • You will be responsible for payment transactions and dunning processes. • You will support and actively participate in monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB). • You will prepare and submit monthly filings, in particular VAT returns and the ZM (EU sales list). • You will reconcile accounts, especially intercompany accounts and fixed assets accounting. • You will be the contact person for tax advisors and auditors. • In addition, you will contribute to the optimization and automation of accounting processes. • You will also support the development of efficient, group-wide finance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or have further qualifications in finance and accounting. • You bring several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally at least 5 years. • You have solid practical knowledge in preparing monthly and annual financial statements under HGB and in tax law. • Ideally, you have experience supporting multiple companies or more complex accounting structures. • You are proficient in DATEV and have very good Excel skills. • You work independently, in a structured, and process-oriented manner. • You are characterized by high accuracy, reliability, and initiative. • In addition, you are a team player and enjoy collaborating, including in a remote setup. • You have excellent German language skills and ideally possess English skills.
