📋 Description

• Engage with customers to understand business needs and expectations • Translate customer needs clearly to the solutions delivery team • Learn and master the OneReach.ai platform • Develop pre-sales demonstrations • Maintain updated client proposals throughout all project stages • Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities • Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects • Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate • Consolidate product information from various sources into detailed technical documentation and proposals • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability margins • Collaborate with a distributed team of experts in conversational AI, automation, and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years+ of proven expertise in client-facing management roles (Business Analysis, IT Project Management, IT Product Ownership, etc.) • 2+ years of experience in QA or Development roles • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline • Fluent business English • Critical and creative mindset with a track record of translating business visions into practical technical solutions • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle • Proven experience in managing time frames and budgets • Experience in project management within a modern software environment, including technical projects • Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is nice to have • Hands-on experience with REST APIs is nice to have • Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and cloud solutions is nice to have • Previous exposure to B2B SaaS products is nice to have • Must be based in Portugal and living there permanently/long-term • Must be currently registered as a sole proprietor/self-employed in Portugal for the B2B contractor role
