📋 Description

• Decide what content to publish and ensure its quality • Edit new and existing content for clarity, accuracy, and usefulness • Use AI tools to create and improve drafts • Set priorities and select high-value content • Track content performance • Improve visibility in Google and AI search through SEO, GEO, and AEO • Act on performance data • Experiment with new topics and formats • Work with the CEO, developers, and product teams to turn technical knowledge into engaging content

🎯 Requirements

• Years of experience creating and editing high-quality content • Strong editorial judgment and writing skills • Experience leading a small team of writers • Experience helping writers grow through useful feedback • Focus on content quality and impact over publication volume • Responsibility for content results, with demonstrable business impact • Hands-on SEO and AI-search optimization experience • Proficiency using AI in writing and editing • Experience with software, SaaS, or other technical content • Ability to explain complex products simply • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to make decisions and check results without detailed instructions
