📋 Description

• Edit new and existing content to make it clear, accurate, and useful • Use AI tools to create and improve drafts while maintaining high quality • Set content priorities and select content that will bring the most value • Track content performance and improve visibility in Google and AI search through SEO/GEO/AEO • Act on content performance data • Experiment with new topics and formats • Collaborate with the CEO, developers, and product teams to turn technical knowledge into clear, engaging content • Own the company’s editorial direction

🎯 Requirements

• Years of experience creating and editing high-quality content • Strong editorial judgment and writing skills • Experience leading a small team of writers and providing useful feedback • Focus on content quality and impact rather than publishing volume • Experience being responsible for content results and demonstrating business impact • Hands-on SEO and AI-search optimization experience • Proficiency using AI in writing and editing, with sound editorial judgment • Experience with software, SaaS, or other technical content • Ability to explain complex products simply • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to make decisions and check results without detailed instructions
