📋 Description

• Install, repair, and maintain Onto Innovation metrology and inspection products • Install new tools within the European region • Complete both engineering and applications tasks • Respond to tool-down situations within Europe • Respond to maintenance requests when required • Provide requested documentation and feedback to the U.S. factory • Provide feedback to the sales team and help identify potential future sales leads • Provide applications feedback to support continuous product improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred Field Service experience in the Semiconductor Business • Previous knowledge of equipment fault detection • Experience in electrical, mechanical, and software disciplines • Preferred experience in Semiconductor applications • College/University degree or several years of professional experience in engineering / E&I • Ability to work unsupervised yet within a team setting • Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills • Ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Ability to travel regularly throughout Europe, approximately 40% of the time • Applicants may be subject to an export licensing review process unless they are U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
