📋 Description

• Execute the full software testing lifecycle • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web applications • Perform accessibility testing for screen readers and assistive technologies • Perform mobile, exploratory, API, and regression testing • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve software issues • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Mentor and train junior QA team members • Maintain test plans, test cases, bug reports, and QA process improvement documentation • Ensure compliance with industry standards and software testing best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual software testing, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting • Strong expertise with Jira, Postman, Confluence, Selenium, and Git • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines • Experience validating compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies • Familiarity with keyboard navigation and accessibility best practices • Deep understanding of integration, system, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with developers • Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies and errors • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain defects and testing results to non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Postman • Experience with BrowserStack for cross-browser and mobile testing • ISTQB Foundation Level Certification preferred
