📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers • Respond quickly to customer queries via Slack or video calls and own resolution end-to-end • Lead customer technical onboarding, setup, configuration, and integrations with Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, and other tools • Diagnose and resolve complex issues in live customer environments • Implement fixes, integration enhancements, and small features in the Node.js and TypeScript codebase • Collaborate with Product Engineering by sharing customer context, escalating systemic problems, and helping prioritize development • Build expertise in AI agents and prompt engineering to advise customers on optimizing support operations • Document recurring issues, solutions, and integration patterns to improve internal knowledge and customer resources

🎯 Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in German (spoken and written) • 2–3+ years of strong software engineering experience • Node.js and TypeScript experience, including writing and shipping production code • Hands-on experience with AI agents and prompt engineering • Previous customer-facing technical work, such as onboarding or debugging integrations, in a SaaS environment • Good understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, helpdesk APIs including Zendesk, Intercom, and HubSpot • Excellent English communication, including clear writing and confident speaking on video calls with enterprise stakeholders • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment • Ability to work with customers across US, EU, MENA, and GCC time zones
