📋 Description

• Identify product opportunities and propose gaps or improvements. • Talk directly to users to understand their problems. • Plan, prioritize, and implement full-stack features from concept to production using React and TypeScript. • Own code quality, code reviews, testing, performance, and reliability. • Collaborate closely with the Customer Engineering team to incorporate user feedback. • Work on the core engine, including the agent runtime, workflows, and APIs supporting conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing backend systems at scale (APIs, queues, data models) is a big plus. • 3+ years of experience building and shipping software products. • Strong TypeScript and React; comfortable owning a full-stack feature without hand-holding. • Product instinct; able to identify workflow improvements, not just implement instructions. • Ability to balance speed and quality while shipping without leaving messes. • Willingness to talk to customers and let reality shape priorities.
