📋 Description

• Identify product opportunities and propose improvements. • Talk directly to users to understand their problems. • Plan, prioritize, and implement full-stack features from concept through production using React and TypeScript. • Own code quality, reviews, testing, performance, and reliability. • Collaborate closely with the Customer Engineering team to incorporate user feedback. • Harden the platform, improve access control, and protect enterprise customer data.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with application security, secure infrastructure, or compliance work is a big plus. • 3+ years of experience building and shipping software products. • Strong TypeScript and React; comfortable owning a full-stack feature without hand-holding. • Product instinct; able to identify workflow improvements, not just implement assigned requirements. • Ability to balance speed and quality while shipping clean, maintainable work. • Willingness to talk to customers and let reality shape priorities.
