Open Fabric is a platform that radically simplifies merchant integrations for digital payment methods like wallets and BNPLs (Buy Now Pay Later) in South East Asia. Enabling these payment methods to significantly accelerate merchant acceptance points.

📋 Description

• Own ideas from inception to execution. • Working directly with founders to define the product and engineering roadmap. • Designing and implementing backend functionality, architecture and more. • You get to work independently and be self-directed and deliver innovative solutions. • You will pave the way for the company to scale to millions of transactions and power digital commerce flows in a unique way. • Write clean and maintainable code that is properly tested and reviewed. • Build automated test cases to ensure utmost quality of the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or its equivalent related experience. • Minimum 7 years of relevant development experience. • Experience leading/building a team. • Has built and owned multiple modules and services in one of your roles. • Experienced and proficient working with at least one of these languages - Scala, Java, Python, Elixir, Go or any functional programming language. • Hands on experience working with relational databases such as Postgres/MySQL. • Experience working with AWS or equivalent cloud services. • Experience working with Git. • Effective written/oral communication skills and able to communicate ideas effectively to a corporate audience and excellent interpersonal skills.
