📋 Description

• Own every currency in the regional pipeline from Alpha through General Availability • Track liquidity partner onboarding, settlement rail readiness, regulatory clearance, operational setup and pricing • Run readiness reviews, maintain the launch checklist, and make go/no-go decisions • Work with Product Management, Legal and Regulatory, Compliance, Finance and Engineering to operationalise licences, registrations and partner permissions • Translate authorised product scope into documented operating procedures and live client flows • Keep authorised capabilities and live market operations aligned • Lead liquidity provider onboarding and banking partner discussions as the product voice • Establish jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements with Legal and Regulatory and translate them into product and engineering decisions • Ensure currencies launch only after regulatory clearance • Write specifications, set sprint priorities, and partner with the Engineering Manager to prioritise high-impact currencies • Track post-launch trading and corridor adoption, partner with GTM to drive activation, identify friction, and feed findings into prioritisation • Build a repeatable regional launch playbook covering dependencies, gate criteria and handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, product operations or programme management • Experience owning a complex, multi-dependency delivery process in a B2B or infrastructure product • Experience with payments, FX, card networks or digital asset products • Experience shipping products across multiple countries or regulatory jurisdictions • Ability to operate between product, legal and compliance • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements, determine implications for product flows, and drive decisions independently • Operational rigour in tracking complex, multi-dependency work • Based in Brazil, in São Paulo or remote • Fluent in Portuguese and English • LatAm corridor knowledge is a plus • Spanish is a plus alongside Portuguese • Experience operationalising a licence, registration or scheme membership is a plus • Card network, payment scheme or large-scale processor background is a plus • Familiarity with stablecoin settlement, on and off-ramp infrastructure, or crypto payment products is a plus
