📋 Description

• Provide application management and maintenance for OpenText customers worldwide • Troubleshoot incidents and find resolutions or workarounds • Design, develop, and test fixes for problems arising from customizations to OpenText products • Research and fix application-level configuration problems, considering operating-system and network contexts • Resolve availability, performance, and capacity problems • Perform performance tuning • Perform deployments and apply product patches • Perform upgrades and migrations • Install, configure, maintain, and monitor OpenText products or solutions in the cloud, on customer premises, or in third-party IaaS environments • Work rotating morning, regular, afternoon, and night shifts

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience supporting OpenText Captiva (Intelligent Capture), including development and maintenance of customizations • Exposure to remote administration services or cloud operations environments • Clear understanding of Captiva architecture, customizations, administration, Capture Flow Development, and various modules • Deeper technical knowledge of the Captiva development process, such as Captiva Capture Flow • Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems • Strong troubleshooting skills in maintenance and support • Knowledge of code fixes and packaging releases • Good understanding of customizations • Knowledge of OpenLDAP and Active Directory • Knowledge of patching and upgrades • Proficiency in performance tuning and RDBMS query-performance tuning • Database knowledge: MSSQL and Oracle, including DML and routine maintenance tasks • Excellent communication, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Prior experience in an ISO27001-certified work environment (preferred) • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
