📋 Description

• Provide application management and maintenance for OpenText customers globally • Troubleshoot incidents and find resolutions or workarounds • Design, develop, and test fixes for problems arising from customizations to OpenText products • Research and resolve application-level configuration problems, including availability, performance, and capacity issues • Apply adequate operating system and network knowledge in application support • Perform performance tuning • Perform deployments and apply product patches • Perform upgrades and migrations • Install, configure, maintain, and monitor OpenText products or solutions in the cloud, customer premises, or third-party IaaS • Work rotating morning, regular, afternoon, and night shifts

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience supporting OpenText Captiva (Intelligent Capture), including development and maintenance of customizations • Exposure to remote administration services or cloud operations environments • Clear understanding of Captiva architecture, customizations, administration, Capture Flow Development, and various modules • Deeper technical knowledge of Captiva development processes, such as Captiva Capture Flow • Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems • Strong troubleshooting skills in maintenance and support • Knowledge of code fixes and packaging releases • Good understanding of customizations • Knowledge of Open-LDAP and Active Directory • Knowledge of patching and upgrades • Proficiency in performance tuning and RDBMS query performance tuning • Database knowledge: MSSQL and Oracle, including DML and routine maintenance tasks • Excellent communication, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Prior experience working in an ISO27001-certified work environment (preferred) • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
