📋 Description

• Design and execute partner strategy for the assigned territory • Grow revenue with partners across the DACH region, including the strategic SAP partnership • Conduct territory and competitor analysis for go-to-market planning • Develop and execute joint business plans covering enablement, demand generation, deal execution, delivery skills development and customer references • Collaborate with OpenText and partner stakeholders to identify market opportunities and deliver value to joint customers • Participate in local events, sales meetings, account planning sessions, partner reviews and marketing activities • Educate SAP and partner field counterparts on OpenText • Engage in early-stage opportunities to qualify and establish the OpenText value proposition and sales cycle • Define market opportunity, strategy and business plans with sales leadership • Manage and report progress against plans • Coordinate enablement and demand generation activities • Manage localization requirements with partners and Product Management • Build strategic partnerships and relationships to drive Mid-Market sales and increase market share • Meet assigned sales and pipeline targets • Implement the OpenText Global Partner Program execution model • Communicate business plans and updates through team meetings, conference calls and business reviews • Align partner forecasts with OpenText forecasts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of field sales, partner management or partner sales experience • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in direct sales or partner management roles • Experience working with SAP license sales teams and large software and/or SaaS vendors • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles • Strong program and project management capabilities • Ability to operate effectively at all organizational levels, including CEO/Managing Director level, with a high degree of diplomacy • Experience developing enablement programs for sales teams and partner channels • Ability to articulate, communicate and educate partners and customers on the business value propositions of complex software and solution offerings • Business fluency in German and English, written and spoken
