📋 Description

• Provide planned and on-demand video consultations seven days a week • Conduct sessions, usually 25 minutes, focused on everyday challenges such as work-related stress, self-confidence, relationship dynamics, and uncertainty • Help clients set clear, actionable goals and guide them toward meaningful first steps • Provide prevention-focused guidance rather than diagnoses • Help clients build skills and autonomy so they can continue their journey independently • Engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries • Participate in weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Dutch • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and confidence delivering consultations in English • Master's degree in Psychology • Minimum of 4 years’ experience providing 1:1 consultations after obtaining a Master’s degree in Psychology • Solid knowledge of solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT • Tech-savvy and self-reliant with digital platforms and systems • Laptop/computer with Windows 11, or MacOS Sonoma 14, and an antivirus turned on • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and open to continuous learning • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and contribute as a team player • Ability to create a safe, supportive space for clients and act decisively • Integrity and reflective approach with clients and colleagues • Freelance experience is a plus
