📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Cloud, Data, and AI projects from sales handoff through execution, customer acceptance, and closeout • Align project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and customer expectations with sales and technical teams • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery schedules • Manage project financial performance, including budget tracking, cost control, hours management, and capacity planning • Lead project governance, status reporting, risk and issue management, escalation, and change control • Identify scope changes and delivery risks and proactively manage their impact • Coordinate cross-functional engineering and delivery teams across Brazil and Canada • Serve as primary stakeholder contact for customers, technical teams, and executive leadership • Deliver executive-level project updates in Portuguese and English • Drive customer acceptance, project closure, and continuous improvement of delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager • At least 3 years in multi-client consulting or professional services environments • Proven experience delivering complex technology projects, ideally involving cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI, or digital transformation • Experience with project financial management, including budgets, cost tracking, resource allocation, and project profitability • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating technical delivery teams • Solid understanding of AWS, Data, and AI technologies at a project management level • Experience with Jira, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Confluence, and PSA platforms such as Productive or equivalent • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and proactive approach • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Maximum notice period of 2–3 weeks following offer acceptance • PMP or Agile project management certifications are nice to have • AWS certifications are nice to have • Experience with AWS Partners, cloud consulting firms, systems integrators, or technology transformation companies is nice to have • MBA or postgraduate education is nice to have • Professional proficiency in Spanish is nice to have
