📋 Description

• Manage and grow Optibus’ customer base in Brazil • Carry out and execute complex deals and partnerships • Nurture client relationships from qualification through negotiation to closing • Engage with leads and lead RFPs/RFIs to grow the book of business in Brazil • Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Revenue, and Business Development teams • Track leads and prospecting activity accurately in Salesforce • Support accurate, data-driven sales forecasting • Represent Optibus at conferences, trade shows, networking events, and other industry events • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the transit sector • Travel nationally and internationally

🎯 Requirements

• Please submit your CV in English • 8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally in Intelligent Transportation Systems or at a vertical, B2B SaaS company • Demonstrable experience in managing end to end complex sales cycles, winning RFPs and/or similar • Proven track record of exceeding goals and KPIs in a B2B and B2G context • Strong analytical and research skills for market trend, competitor analysis and forecasting • Flexibility to travel within Brazil and LATAM; adaptability to global timelines • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese • Preferred experience in a start/scale up, fast paced business with changing priorities
