📋 Description

• Oversee the quality, efficiency, productivity, workload balance, and coordination of assigned property management tasks. • Review attendance logs, shift reports, and daily outputs for accuracy and productivity. • Act as the main point of contact for team members regarding work-related concerns and general support. • Mentor, guide, and review team members' work. • Lead onboarding and training of new hires and internal staff. • Provide ongoing departmental training and develop training materials, documentation, and internal forms. • Maintain regular internal meetings and prepare monthly productivity reports and other management reports. • Coordinate internal updates, write procedures, and develop templates to improve operational efficiency. • Make staffing recommendations, conduct performance evaluations, recommend promotions and salaries, manage performance, and execute terminations when necessary. • Ensure adherence to company policies, risk standards, and internal controls. • Contribute to developing and enhancing internal controls to mitigate operational risks. • Record internal training sessions and create team-specific training materials. • Support team engagement and guide the team toward internal KPIs and performance standards. • Perform other related duties assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in real estate or property management. • Experience using property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or RentManager. • Hands-on experience in tenant coordination, maintenance coordination, and leasing-related tasks. • 2+ years of leadership experience with responsibilities involving reporting to management. • Strong ownership and pride in work performance and its impact on company success. • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, empathetic, and a team player.
