📋 Description
• Manage AI-powered client engagements, including AI Accelerator, Published Monthly, PM Lite, and other AI Visibility services, from onboarding through reporting. • Serve as the primary client contact, leading kickoff meetings, status calls, and ongoing communication. • Prepare AI visibility reports, presentations, and performance updates. • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams using Monday.com. • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve workflow issues. • Execute AI visibility campaigns and track AI citation performance. • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, documentation, and operational processes. • Maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, and internal documentation. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client success, account management, marketing operations, or a related role. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar. • Comfortable adopting and utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
