📋 Description

• Oversee internal and external audits, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, BACEN, and ITGC/SOX audits. • Manage and track action plans to remediate identified non-conformities and gaps. • Support regulatory and standards compliance processes, ensuring adherence to applicable requirements. • Develop, review, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures. • Work with technical and business teams to ensure the compliance of internal controls and security governance. • Liaise with Group entities to align local and global initiatives related to security control compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks, such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and BACEN regulations. • Experience conducting audits and managing information security controls. • Experience developing, reviewing, and implementing security policies and standards. • Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency for participating in meetings and reading and writing documents. • Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or PCI ISA are a plus. • Knowledge of Cloud Security, preferably Azure, is a plus. • Experience implementing cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance is a plus.
