📋 Description
• Manage the project backlog with a focus on value, clarity, and alignment with the client • Serve as the link between the client’s business needs and the squad’s technical execution • Lead agile ceremonies and maintain delivery momentum • Prioritize features based on impact, risk, and team capacity • Produce accurate documentation and clear acceptance criteria
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner on medium- to large-scale software projects • Ability to navigate environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies • Strong command of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches) • Strong communication, organization, and results-oriented mindset • Ability to understand the technical context without necessarily being the technical subject-matter expert • Spanish (Level 3)
